Executive Coaching is designed to serve a Client who is “a key contributor with a powerful position in an organization and is accountable for highly complex decisions with a wide scope of impact on an organization and, possibly, an industry as a whole.“
The focus of Executive Coaching is often on the mastery of fundamental leadership and interpersonal skills and their application to the coordination and development of teams; or on the mastery of non-technical skills such as marketing,sales processes, and strategic planning.
We often fill in the gaps in an MBA or other technical qualification, that may be holding the Executive back from realising their full potential.
Our Executive Coaching clients often have formal technical training and qualifications in management, but have sometimes bypassed the interpersonal and soft skills. We facilitate their rapid development in those areas.
Weekly or bi-monthly coaching sessions of around 1 hour’s duration, by phone, web or face-to-face. The term if variable, but 6 months is generally the minimum term for which we will engage.
