Barry Thomas, Director Asia Pacific
We have had Peter working with our Executive team, for past few years and he has provided coaching and development that has made significant benefits not only to our company but more importantly to our individual leaders who have grown considerably and broadened their own skill and knowledge base.
Peter brings a refreshing look at the issues and strategies required for today but also encourages people to be looking to the future and creating vision and objectives that will provide us with a secure and valuable future.

I have just listened to your (webinar) sessions.
For you to be nominated as one of the world’s top coaches, I just wanted to say (I would ring you personally but I gather your time is “full”) I’m really pleased for you and feel proud to think of you not just a friend, but as my coach for the last 12 months. For you to be recognised by WBECS is a real feather in your cap, it is a great achievement!
I think you’ll be please to know, I have got some mileage out of your achievement by impressing my clients that you coached me, you own the company I am proudly licensed to.
Best wishes Peter,
Thank you very much.

“My progress as a company manager has been evident over the 1.5 years of coaching, I’ve developed from a non-business thinker to a business thinker. The greatest achievements have been the implementation of business systems such as time management, accountability, human resource management, and include the segments of self management, conflict management, successful employment and so much more practical learning.
The value comes from supporting and accounting me to support and account my team members through tough times and soon to come much better times. The decisions made, in consultation with my coach, Peter, have been the right ones and I could not have done this job without my weekly fix. The advice, the affirmation and the buzz are all invaluable part of the coaching-mentoring service.”

“I think this may mark a pivot point for (key-but-challenging staff member) and I.
Anyway, I need to be careful with too much self-praise here. Fact is, I still have a lot to learn and a long way to go. And I don’t want my ego to grow, I want it to shrink! Sincerely though, my efforts toward improvement, generated in large part by our coaching, (are) beginning to impact my results with how I’m managing my team.
The trick of course is to stay on this path and not forget what I have learned here. As you said yesterday, deep learning and understanding come through consistent practice and exposure to the right ideas and concepts. I find that it’s so easy to ‘forget.’ I believe that as we continue to work together, these things will become second nature, so that forgetting is no longer possible.
Thanks Peter. As always I would love to hear your thoughts and/or suggestions for further improvement.”

“Now that I have learnt how to communicate on a different level with people, it would appear that our business is considered to be one of the most sought after and respected places to work within our field in this region. How good is that? That doesn’t happen by accident does it coach? I am now constantly being asked to sit on committees and the like, both industry and small business, as it would appear I now have something worthwhile to say and offer. All in all, life’s pretty good, and you’ll be pleased to know that I too have chosen not to participate in the recession that we are supposedly having. While everyone else is looking at a recession, all I see is opportunity.”

Just a quick note to thank you for your help and guidance on the timesheets.
I reckon I am using them reasonably effectively now, making a point of planning 15 minutes at the beginning of each day, keeping a record of time estimated and time actually used, and then reflecting on the days work at end of day. I reckon I need to improve on prioritisation, to set the priorities for the day and then follow the plan. I have learnt a lot, to leave 3 hours free in every day, to set out to do what is possible in a day, and then to be happy if I complete what I set out to complete. And the little expressions are great ways to “lift” the spirit. I will take on the task of self-discipline from here. I reckon I have to make these changes work.
I will drop in to pick up a batch of major task sheets when I am next on the Coast, as I seem to have run out. I guess that means I am keeping the list!
Thanks again, for the interest in helping us succeed and personally for helping me be a better manager!

I have enjoyed the (coaching) sessions which we performed each week and the following summarises the benefits that I believe accrued to myself and to my team.
The first thing that comes to mind is the progress I have made in team building. Without having to fire anyone, you showed me how to create a situation where underperformers left the company of their own accord and you were very helpful in helping us to improve our recruitment and induction methods. The end result is a situation where we now have the best team that we have ever had.
I have certainly upgraded my skills of delegation and I think that have I passed on those skills to some of our key managers. This is actually just one part of the overall skill set I have built up as a coach to my staff.
Your coaching fees have been recouped in a number of ways. Sometimes, the brainstorming of new marketing ideas has started the ball rolling on a new way of promoting some product or service which more than pays for the session. I know that your assistance would be valuable to take that idea on to fruition, but for me, just the brainstorming activity is value in itself.
Another way in which you have generated payback to the investment is in identifying cost savings which were not obvious to us and by encouraging me to negotiate a better business arrangement on the purchase of a product or service.

I am writing this to say thanks for the support and coaching you have given to me using the Profitune System.
Although we have worked together for 3 months only, already I have identified opportunities for us to increase profits by $92,368 per annum. And, your coaching and the Profitune System has made me aware that to have enough money for me to realise my retirement plans it is necessary to transfer these additional profits from our business bank account to a savings and investment account. Otherwise these profits as generated will simply be swallowed up in the day to day running of the business.
Using Profitune’s learnings on goal setting the business has started to achieve these additional profits. Currently we are transferring $250 per month into the savings and investment account from our business account. As we focus on other areas of cost and business growth I know that the business will achieve additional profits that will increase the amount of money we transfer to the savings and investment account each month.
By continuing to work with you and to focus on the Profitune System I know my retirement goals will become more realised as each month passes by.
