Since we are in an ideal position to forecast the risk in coaching any client, and since there are substantial fees at stake, it’s only appropriate that we assume all of the risk of ensuring a return on your investment in us. To make that crystal clear, we offer a very simple guarantee to those clients – whether individual or group Clients – to whom we make an offer of coaching:

During the course of any twelve month period of coaching with us,
you will increase your earnings before tax by at least twice our fee
or it’s free!
