Transformational Thinking
The term “paradigm shift” represents the notion of a major change in one’s perception of a purpose, situation or process and usually, as a consequence, a perception of or openness to new ways of achieving the purpose, addressing the situation or utilising the process.
A transformation in mindset coupled with a powerful emotional charge are essential preconditions for a persisting change in human behaviour – and “persisting change” is what we are about.
