From Jurek Leon’s eNewsletter (one of the very few I read regularly) here’s a no-cost solution to improved cashflow: A UK survey by PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the University of Bradford of 3,000 businesses showed the benefits of customer service: The study found that where there was high customer satisfaction then, on average, bills were paid at least 14 days earlier than where there was poor customer satisfaction.
So, customer service improves cashflow as well as positive word-of-mouth!
