Judi this is an excellent newsletter – researched well with informative facts, solutions, linking to other informative websites and making me smile with the comics and Peter’s personal comments. I rarely read newsletters. I have spent the last 30 mins of my uninterrupted half hour enjoying and note taking these articles. The new logo and colours are invigorating and meaningful. I can imagine the hours that goes into writing and collating this and I think it is an excellent marketing tool Well done. I very much like your newsletters. I wish you were in the States. I think there is a bit of synergy in what we do. I’m working on a “Franchise Turnaround” product. One of the items I had identified for it was cash flow forecasting, and to reinforce the importance of understanding gross margins. Many franchises push the franchisees to maximize sales at the expense of margin. The franchise gets royalties based on gross sales. They don’t care if the sales are profitless. This drives many franchisees into bankruptcy. So, I think your materials are well done. I found them useful reading. Just wanted to congratulate you on the quality of your work and wish you served the US market. Stu
