In respect of information related to medical conditions or lifestyle activities, individual visitors to this site (Visitor hereinafter) customers, ProfiTune cannot and will not be held responsible for any actions taken by any Visitor regarding the use of any of our information, products or services upon themselves or any other parties. ProfiTune does not provide medical advice and nothing herein is to be construed as such.  Any actions taken based on advice, recommendations or information given by any ProfiTune staff must be solely the responsibility of the Visitor. The Visitor must seek professional and qualified medical advice from a professional provider before acting upon any information found within this website or provided in any form by any ProfiTune staff.

Package contents and/or packaging displayed and/or used may be varied at our discretion from time to time.

Errors such as misprints or omissions are excepted. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections anytime in prices, products and specifications without notice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price before committing to transact with you on that occasion.

We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage or error which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon this information. A purchaser must notify ProfiTune within three (3) days any discrepancy or error, non-conformance specification or damaged package or product. Notification must be made via email and be accompanied with photographic or other details of the discrepancy or error, non-conformance specification or damaged package.

No claims will be accepted after three (3) days from receipt of goods.

We do not accept returns for incorrect choices or change of mind.

A Return Authority Number must be received from us prior to returning any products. No credit or refund will be issued without a Return Authority Number.

Price does not include freight unless otherwise indicated.

Freight will be calculated and charged prior to your order being finalised. Freight is calculated on weight, volume, distance and location.

We will ship goods using our nominated service provider for Australian customers. We do not use any customer-provided courier services.

For International Orders, we will advise cost of courier and an estimated lead time for delivery. ProfiTune  will not be responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local custom agents or shipping agent prior to shipment of goods.

All orders should be checked, and any discrepancy or error must be lodge within three (3) days of receipt of goods.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.
