As presenters and change-agents, we enjoy the opportunity to act as “the disturber” or “the comfort-zone destroyer” or the “paradigm-shifter” for Seminars, Conferences and Retreats because it fulfils the “transformational” aspect of our Mission which is to “transform thinking” – particularly when it comes to thinking about the conventional aspects of business.

Transforming

Here is where we are unique because, having disturbed, destroyed or shifted the prevailing paradigm, we don’t leave our audience stranded in no-man’s land. Instead, we lead them to discover new, practical, workable and much more resourceful alternatives to their “old ways of thinking“, and we seek a commitment to act on their dawning realisations after they leave us.

Measuring

If you are considering asking us to speak at an event, be ready to answer the questions, “What do you want to be different at the end of it?” and, “How will you measure that?”

If you are going to invest your resources to have us present at your events, we want to be sure, from the outset, that you – and we – have a clear ROI (return on ideas) in mind.

Fitting

Once we accept a speaking engagement, we will go about assessing the nature of the challenge or situation upon which you want us to have a positive effect, and we will then customise our presentation to ensure relevance and effectiveness (which just happens to be our #1 Value).

In order to achieve that, we may ask your permission, early in the piece, to talk to some of your key people (the ones who have already worked out some or all of the answers to the issue) or to survey a selection of your audience to gain their take on the challenges on which you are seeking a change of perspective.

Whatever our process, you will be guaranteed a presentation that is point perfect, and that will be seen as relevant and informed – and informative – by your audience.

Acting

We always look to “what has to happen afterwards in order to deliver value”.

When we put together a presentation for you, as our client, we’ll work with you to design a follow-up process that will ensure that those who commit to act in the moment, actually do so once they are “back on the job” and subject to all of those forces that reinforce the old status quo.

Because, in our books, transformation is only truly established when people start doing things differently!
